It's very rare that we're trying to fill a position, certainly a C-suite position and we're not getting a lot of help, right? Because we do spend a lot of time upfront deciding what it is that we want. Even if somebody was amazing two years ago, the odds that they're still available are still amazing. So for us to sort through all that stuff, that's their job, right?
