Are There Other Ways That Are Impacting Your Sleep?

A lot of us have a dependency on our devices. What i would say with that is to go into your phone settings and create some type of parometer so that you're not staring at the phone. Another thing that's allso helpful is to check your screen time ogs. And for some clients, i would say to even do a social media fast cause if you're finding that you're just on there constantly,. i say do lead social media for a week and see how you feel and see how it impacts your sleep.
