Do You Have a Joint Execution Plan?
I love having gong call snippets with some context around them. I'm a huge fan of just having slides that could be quotes from individuals. There's nothing stronger than somebody introducing you to a potential eB from inside that company and justifying why the conversation is worth taking. And then you're just trying to evolve this mold, how accurate do you find it? You usually end up coming back to things that I still don't understand but there are only three or four people in the world who can answer those questions.
