How Many Grams of Protein Per Day for an Endurance Athlete?
How many grams of carbohydrate a day are you looking at per kilogram of body mass in your opinion for say, an iron man athlete. And I would probably try to get like high quality protein like 20 or 30 grams breakfast at evening meal and then like half, yeah, just after probably each session Or something like this. For most people, this would be animal origin and the rest would be just like the protein you get from. Yeah.
