I think that really the most powerful one is that connection with yourself. I think having a grasp of that from that connect and it's like again, we have to make sure we're defining connect. The reasons the relationship thing matters is because it lowers your stress. Like if you have a bad day at work and you come home and you're in a bad environment, guess what? You are now in a chronic state of stress. And so people go and they just label it as stress,. but there's no other things that they can kind of like use to mitigate or create behaviors around.
