Roxanne Jones: I love what you said about getting some kind of support and there's some very skilled, obviously coaches out there able to do that. That's definitely benefit, benefit in my life. And as I'm sure it has for yourself. Yeah, could you share a little bit more about maybe some of the benefits you've experienced from breath work? It allows you to get back to being present, allows you to calm your mind because you're only focusing on the one thing, which is your breath and our breath. When we breathe, most human beings breathe in a unconscious state. We know it keeps us alive. However, we don't ever really consciously breathe anymore.
