How to Maintain Quality Content Quality When Giving Templates to a Writer

How do you maintain the content quality when you give the same template to a writer again and again? The motivation is hard because I'm still basically editor in chief of the blog. But if it's me personally on every post, I'm crazy, right? So like I'm not going to let anything go.
