How Do You Facilitate a B2B Transaction?

The first part about the market places, i actually think you've got to be clear about what the goal is. Arb and b, there was a story, you know, where they were hosting these apartments and things like that, and they weren't getting a whole ot of ttraction. And so they went and talked to their users, to the hosts specifically, and they tried to talk to them about their experience  and how they were doing. So if you' like a b to b company, who do you talk to in that company?
