If we could go back to those 1980 guidelines when they were getting created and not be so reductionist would that be being clear as to what foods you we want people to eat less of and more of. I think that was the probably the single biggest you know scientific mistake of the 1980s was blaming obesity and heart disease and ultimately diabetes even on cancers on fat. That was based on very limited science in animal models and mouse models and some very limited cross country comparisons that have since been debunked right.
