Using Cluster Sets to Increase Chin Ups

cluster sets allow you to lift at a higher intensity, so lift more weight without getting as fatigued. Instead of doing a straight set of six reps for a chin up, a cluster set would look like you do two reps, then you'd rest about 10 seconds, two reps, and then two more reps and thenyou'd rest for two minutes. This allows you to get the exact same total amount of work in the exact same. You want to save it for a very specified time in your training.
