And there are some reasons why I think that has happened. The gold microbiome is affected for so many different things. So even when a small sample, you can detect significant differences between groups. However, in human samples, you have all these different variables. If you don't have sample size that is high enough, you're not going to have enough statistical power to detect significant difference between groups.
