Leaders need to be able to share the talking amount of time, do it with emotional intelligence and respect. For example, we just had a case where some one wanted a project and they didn't get that project. So this was done by laterally f a person comes in very angry. The military has this a actually developed the most. And if you're on a navy seal team or a dutch seal team, they have to come to quick consensus. They are able to do that by a leadership style that allows people to say what they think, but then we come together and agree.
