You Don't Need to Do a Ton of Primer and Glute Activity Exercises

If your exercise selection is good, you probably shouldn't need to do a ton of those. You should be able to walk into the gym and start your first exercise of the day. I think if you do smarter, joint-friendlier exercises, slightly more isolation stuff where you're able to really connect with the muscle,. Get a mind muscle connection, get a pump, feel the muscle through the ranges you're supposed to.
