Sally Kohn: My takeaway is we just have to get used to the feeling of resisting cravings. Delectable little experiences, you know, doughnuts, whether they're physical doughnuts or virtual video doughnuts are going to cause us to feel bad. We can just recognize this in ourselves. And I want to say to my kids, okay, I see you just watch a series of YouTube videos. And now I see you kind of frustrated riving on the couch. I think I know how you're right now.
