The Importance of Accommodation

strength coaches get stuck into doing the same thing repeatedly until you start to go backwards. No one thinks that the body's an adaptive process, so it's going to make pathways all around your injuries and then sooner or later something else will give out. It goes right back to law of accommodation. What we do here is acquire more of the range of motion so that they have more of a shoulder joint so that they avoid that intrinsic accommodation.
