I like your point about just labeling what's actually going on because you're right. I wouldn't have been able to tell you what runners knee was or tennis elbow was, but I just being able to put a name to the actual condition is really helpful. Yeah, it's a message I need to keep hearing because though I know this and though I have this conversation with you in the moment, I'm like, I'm getting old man calves. That is what it is.
