The Effects of High Flow on Long Term Mortality

I think it's an exceptional study. I mean you've had to deal with the mess of clinical practice where people obviously have preference but I'm just trying to understand the actual population at admission because I see that they're actually quite well oxygenated. They've all got higher saturations than you were even targeting. Why did they need to come in to ICU? I mean that was one of the first things that I was concerned about and obviously the switching that happened quite quickly, CPAP to high flow within four hours. So it's very, very difficult to control those things.
