A Partnership Is More Programmatic Than Acquisitions

It's a completely different kind of worms. There's no predetermined outcome. The outcome might change, but continuously over time. It takes a much deeper understanding of your business and their business to understand how to get its energies out of the relationship. We make it sound harder than acquisitions. When you do them over and over again, though, like m and a, it becomes t more programmatic. And you develop some play books. Ultimately, it has to come down to value. we have to define how values can be created and measure that value.
