High humility is recognizing that in that pursuit, you don't necessarily have all the answers. Having people who are high intensity and high humility i, you know, best problem solvers for our organization. And we've also been able to build a culture that i think is ahi a an idea aritocracy. It means that your best ideas might come from a v p, or they might come from an intern. I'm pro chaos. I hate drama. That's one very key point of view if you're going to have a debate culture," he says.
