The Benefits of Barley Wine
I love the idea of you're out kayaking drinking a triple. But like, I want like a three volume. I want it heavily carbonated. I want that crackle. And I feel like some of these big beers that like particularly ultra Belgian in their roots, they don't do well in cans because of the carbonation limitations. Whereas barley wine, you can, you can package that thing at two volumes. You could go the coon hen and hair the dog route and have almost no carb and people will be like, this great,. They don't even care. This is fine. It's a zipper anyway.
