I feel like the job to be down framework is a good mental model and a good, like focusing heuristic. We need to focus on what our teams are capable of doing and what works best for them. And it's exactly the same in products operations. Nobody does agile exactly the same. Everybody takes what they like. So everybody works differently. You've got to do what works for you. Don't just listen to the gurus on LinkedIn and places like that and say if we're not doing that, then we're failing. Learn what you can and experiment and find out what work best for you.
