So if i'm actually looking to improve someone's speed, i'm going to keep the drill usually to about two to four seconds because if i want them to go faster. I really do believe that if you do this type of training regularly, you will maintain more of your speed and elasticity than you think you would. And then eventually things just start to slow down.
