How to Improve Speed and Elasticity
intensity is determined by a couple of things, the number of changes of direction that some one does and it's also determined by the duration of the drills that you do. So if i'm actually looking to improve someone's speed, i'm going to keep the drill usually to about two to four seconds because if i want them to go faster. I really do believe that if you do this type of training regularly, you will maintain more of your speed and elasticity than you think you would. And then eventually things just start to slow down. It really is true. If you don't use it, you lose it right?
