Is Erica Design a Problem Framing Problem Reframing?

The practice of design is creation and criticism in dialogue with one another. We've delegated criticism to A.B. testing or other forms of after the fact validation as opposed to the work itself. My primary issue with the field of design right now is that the discussion is so shallow. I don't give the sense that the field is particularly coherent.
