Using Nurturing Techniques in Construction Safety
Nursing techniques are better than cuddling or wrapping people up. Nurture just means support, it just means help for construction workers. The supervisor is always in a better place to observe the worker's behavior and give them feedback around that behavior. But if we had a more collective responsibility then we would get some better results.
