I think whatever you do for a while, your body just gets used to. I definitely very much enjoy a fasted workout. And I also don't mind the occasional afternoon workout where I've already had a lot of... I think it's how you train too. Your style of training probably impacts it. The devil's in the dose with everything. You know, cardio doesn't kill your gains if you're just doing a modest amount of cardio. But if you do a fuck ton of cardio, I mean, I never seen like a jacked marathon runner,. so I think the devil's in that as well.
