So it really depends on the structure of the joints and on the strengh of the muscles. And i suggest putting some yoga blocks under the hips or under the knees, under the light. Because this way you can sit down and can see how far you can go into a seated position. All right, whsa may be also for people whose clothes are stronger than mine? Or just taking all my weight in front of me?! I'm not sure if that's good enough! But we'll have to find out...
