Yen: By having a little bit of volume, you rasealy get better at it. You get some practice, and you start to better triangulate what you're actually looking for because of the conversations with the candidate. It's really important to know what you're looking for when you start, and have clarity about that but on the other hand, i do often get more clarity through thse conversations.
