Dancing and the walks were the biggest two for me on that was really important, especially when you find yourself getting to that place of like, hopelessness. I would just have to interrupt it with something that would hopefully elevate, elevate my vibration. That'stis spirit, the the spirit part of mine body, exactly. And there's something about an affirmation statement that does change your confidence and your sense of control and a positive outlook.
