The Global View of UX Design

UX design is controlled by a company or by a product or by a service, so we look at what a certain chain of supermarkets does and stick to that single experience. The way we're looking at it is by basing and looking at what people do and asking them to tell us about their experiences. And we heard this morning into a global view of all of the elements that participate in different ways to build up these experiences for people.
