I'd love it if you could actually just go into that a little bit more in respect to like the, you know, these circuits and the special exercises. Well, ideally everyone's a slicer. You know, that's Ken Clark's work. And I work with them, which my guys this summer and we had really good results. Some guys, they just can never really get out of that. They don't create enough space for them to slice where they can bring that leg up and slice it down underneath them. So I got to make do with what I got.
