The Importance of Trace Minerals in Sports Drinks
A lot of sports drinks have potassium calcium magnesium. How much of that is, you know, high pam up shift that is actually useful for an ultra runner? I am not sure how necessary they really are in a sport drink. They are trace minerals and predominantly consumed or acquired through your diet.
