The Ellen MacArthur Foundation and the Circular Economy

The economist don't have any notion, any understanding of people up to recently when the behavior of economists finally took off. And so I talked about meaningfulness that scientists use stuff that doesn't make sense to the average person why don't we talk the language that people understand. There's a group at Oxford there said no no no let's try to separate out the different parts that a country does that are good or bad for the ecology and the parts of a country doing that are goodor bad for society.
