Onboarding Flows - Show, Don't Tell
The onboarding flow that i've always ived in, you know, probably it cost a hundred hours of uter testing onboarding flows in my career, the path that always works the best is show, don't tell. You want to generate that excitement and then you get through that moment of excitement into the product. And so what i've found orgs always works best is passive tool tips. They're sitting there, they're telling you what to do. People will go off on their own and get stuck, but they'll know that there was actually a clue pointing on where to go in the product.
