Working on People's Confidence

I always like trying to keep an open mind, which is something i learned from any duke wechas. I'm never a hundred % certain about anything. And then also keeping in mind that you're worried about outcome versus protecting your ego. It's like, what is going to get us to the best outcome? Especially for making a business decision doesn't have to be my idea. It can be somebody else's idea. Yet i recommend, and loser think, that you work on somebody's confidence about ther opin.
