How to Write a Playbook on Jobs to Be Done

Most modern approaches to Jobs to be done point back to Clayton Christensen. So what gave you the inspiration just quickly because I am interested to write the playbook? And really what I wanted to do was take this field that had a lot of question marks around it and try to make it accessible and tangible in the book.
