E feel like if we take time away, that we're going to lose ground. It's not about having those amazing days it's not about raising your ceiling for that one day. It's about raising the floor. So if we can raise that bottom standard, it's totally not sexy to talk about, but if, like, we can raise our consistency on that lower level  that's what can lead to bigger results in the long term.
