What Does Metabolic Health Mean to You?

metabolic health is when your energy factories that are producing my ATP are working at a very high level. When you eat Fruttos, it tricks the cell into reducing the ATP levels and we've showed exactly how that happens. The total energy by energy balance is the active energy plus the stored energy so diabetes is actually a high energy state but just that it's all in fat and you can't release it to restore the ATP levels. To me, there will be a day when people will want to have their intracellular ATP measure because that is probably the most important measurement for metabolic health.
