I think lare times it comes from a disconnectf people being in a board room making decisions, verses people who own an independent shop and actually know the people that they're hiring. And when there is that connection there, and you are genuinely a good person and care for your employees, then i think that actually starts a change how it is. But would be interesting to see how something like your company can scale further and continue to remain that.
