I think lare times it comes from a disconnectf people being in a board room making decisions, verses people who own an independent shop and actually know the people that they're hiring. And when there is that connection there, and you are genuinely a good person and care for your employees, then i think that actually starts a change how it is. But would be interesting to see how something like your company can scale further and continue to remain that. Like, are there things that you guys have thought about and talked about in terms of, hey, how do we actually make this scalable? And tend is it scaleable t like the tenth degree?
