Women's chichane is vasodilation set points are different than men. Men have a very short time for vasodilation and then they start sweating. But women don't sweat as soon as men and they hold on to more heat. So their tipping point for sweating is a higher internal temperature than men as well. They actually do better in hot and humid conditions than men because men rely more on sweating.
