The Key to Increasing Fibre
When it comes to fibre, how many grams of fibre would you say, isa is a good coal for the day? I would say you'd want to be over 20 at least. Our ancestors consume upwards of 60, 80 grams of fibre a day. And i, you know, i would increase it by maybe a gram a week or so,. You can go one or two, one to three grams, increasing it. But also should be taking a probatic that increases diversity.
