What Are Your Thoughts on Passive Communication?

Tracy: I'd love for you all to weigh in on kind of passive communication. So a lot of what you've talked about is the leader starting a meeting or end to meeting or it kind of almost sounds like they're getting on zoom. What are your thoughts on like that more passive way of over communicating? Matt: If you do that after you've already committed to over communicating yourself, good on you. But if you're not doing the other stuff, it's barely better.
