I gained 55 pounds, I still have 10 pounds to lose. It's been a year and it's not a joke. How I practice body love with everything that my body has gone through with pregnancy and post pregnancy is being kinder on myself. Filling your home is really healthy foods and having the right things to grab around you when you're running out the door. All those little tools I think make body love easier.
