How to Generate More Happy Thoughts

The goal is to think of something youre grateful for that you ever have difficulty doing. So first i would every time think, sog ungrateful for. But then it's sortof kind of getting almost shorter and shorter until almost just like a happy mental manoeuvre. Its hardly describe, but it jus sort of like this happy feeling that i produce at that moment after having done it hundreds of repetitions of it. And if we have good results, the goal will be turned into a tool, so anyone can use the tool to try to crate these happy associations into, you know, generate 20 or 30 more happy thoughts eve your day.
