Fish Finger Sandwiches
I rarely have fish fingers at home, but if I see fish finger sandwich on the menu, I'm having a fish finger sandwich. You can get really caught out by the packages identical except for just that word cod before the fish fingers. And then if you look at the ingredients for the non-cod ones, it's something like various unknown fish. Can you tell the difference? If we blindfolded you and lined up a load of fish fingers, could you tell the fact they're not codfish fingers instantly? It's interesting with the way that the market and the branding can interfere actually with your taste. But when we were doing shoots, we used to do a test every week
