How to Eat a Small Dinner With Your Family
If you're doing pasta with red meat sauce and salad or greens and a side vegetable, don't eat the vegetables. You might think that you should do that because you want to eat something like light so that you don't have a big full heavy belly before you get on the trainer. If I were Emily, I would have a small meal with your family hang out, do your workout and then afterwards eat another helping of small dinner and approaching Jake, both of them.
