The Nature of Open Awareness

Buddhism is a practice of embodied immediacy Meaning I train my attention to return to some curiosity. Well, what am i actually experiencing right at this moment? It's the only moment i'm living in so what am i experiencing? And yeah, whatever a few seconds or something like that and then on with my life but it's possible that bringing our attention into immediate experience lays the groundwork for some of the more subtle type of practices such as terra vada and mahayana.
