Tips for Traveling to Australia

When traveling west, seek light out when you arrive when traveling east. Avoid morning light but seek out late afternoon early evening light. Eat at local meal times because that will help drag the clock in the right direction. I used to try melatonin and it really didn't work for me at all. There's some warnings about melatonin. Pilots are not advised to use it for a start and don't. If you have a family history of some psychiatric illness or migraine, you're not advised to using melatonin. It might work for others.
