If you are not being taken through with medical care to treat or prevent a disease, this diet approach, I would avoid at all costs. There's just so much more potential harm than good that comes out of it and it's just so unnecessary. Remember, you will not see better results doing this. Even if you can somehow miraculously pull off not eating that many carbs, staying in that ketosis, you will at best match results from doing so.
