Study found that training motivation and session o the amount of sessions a person completed was higher in individuals with greater exercise variation. This increases when you have people play an active role in choosing the exercise variation. Just ask people straight up, like, yo, what kind of exercise you wanto do? And sometimes i'll explore that latter one, if they're like, i don't want to do front squads, for example. Ah, so that we, again, give this person more movement option, so that they feel less like a robot that can only move in veryou particular ways.
