How to Deload Your Training

Most people that I'm aware of how they program a stock standard deload is to perform essentially the exact same training you were performing cut the dosage in about half and then maybe reduce the RP or load a little bit as well. Some alternative approaches that I definitely have started to utilize a little bit more have been keep training pretty much the same but drop days off  and potentially remove days from a given session. So it kind of just depends on why you're trying to leverage a deload sometimes I think. But I've had success with the former but I haven't had a ton of practice with the back half deload have you?
